Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
4–10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in applying approaches and using industry-wide models, including Aquator, Miser, Pywr or other hydrological and water resource models.
Proficiency in coding/programming (R, VBA, Python) is a plus.
Academic project experience of using GIS; MapInfo, ArcGIS, and open-source GIS tools.
Understanding of water resources modelling and WRMPs.
Ability to produce clear and concise technical reports in English.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and clients via video conferencing.
