Serve as the primary point of contact and convey AbbVie’s brand promise to healthcare providers
Understand customers’ needs and develop tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with experts and key opinion leaders
Use innovative engagement methods to create new business opportunities
Set SMART goals and develop successful sales account plans
Analyze sales reports and market data to identify and implement strategic actions
Promote collaboration between field and office teams
Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in natural sciences, nursing, or a business-related discipline
Experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in field-based positions
Strong negotiation skills, proactivity, and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently
Excellent German and English language skills
Solid knowledge of MS Office and willingness to work with new digital technologies
Broad knowledge of products, therapies, and competitors
