Role Overview
- Working with several squads to deliver fantastic product outcomes
- Removing blockers to progress
- Driving agile ceremonies
- Helping continuously improve as a team
- Lead and facilitate key activities for solution releases
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams
- Review and maintain project plans
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on sprint progress
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts
- Identify and address risks proactively
- Coach teams on Agile principles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 Years of experience working with Agile teams as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master
- Exceptional risk management and mitigations skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps(ADO) and Jira.
- Ability to energize, guide and cultivate a positive teamwork-driven environment.
- Fantastic communication and facilitation skills.
