Senior SAP Incentive Management Consultant

Role Overview

• Implement SAP Incentive Management solutions
• Gather business requirements and design compensation plans
• Calculate commissions and manage incentive rules
• Support integrations, testing, and go-live processes
• Provide hypercare support post-implementation

Requirements

• End-to-end implementation experience
• Strong functional and configuration knowledge
• Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans
• Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting
• Experience with integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare support
• Multiple full lifecycle implementations preferred
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems preferred
• SQL and data migration experience preferred
