Turn broad opportunities into clear outcomes, hypotheses, and testable increments.
Make thoughtful trade-offs on scope, sequencing, and pace.
Partner closely with design and engineering to move from concept to launch.
Lead day-to-day product decisions through delivery, including backlog refinement and scope trade-offs.
Define and track early signals of customer value, adoption, and traction.

Experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally in software, SaaS, or digital products.
Strong curiosity and product instinct.
Comfortable working through ambiguity and turning it into clear next steps.
Confident conducting customer discovery and turning insight into product decisions.
Able to define priorities, make trade-offs, and focus on the smallest valuable thing worth building first.
Evidence of ownership, initiative, and follow-through.
Strong collaborator and communicator across design, engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
