Support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
Conduct market research on target industries and potential customers
Assist in maintaining CRM records and sales pipeline updates
Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports
Support customer outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering
Assist in organizing webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Provide administrative and operational support to the business development team

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields
Strong interest in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, cloud communications, or digital transformation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is a plus
Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
