About this role
Role Overview
Working with other areas of Technology & Information Services to support systems configuration, platform upgrades, and maintenance, and to design and manage electronic and print content platforms to ensure resources are easily accessible, relevant to the task, and understood by end users
Overseeing the department’s knowledge base, and collaborating with the research team to develop and audit content
Managing the department’s collaboration workspaces, such as Microsoft Teams, iManage, and SharePoint
Supporting services including password management, research platform authentication, and migrations
Promoting effective work practices by working collaboratively as a team member and demonstrating respect for coworkers
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
Possess knowledge of electronic and print content administration systems and technologies, such as EOS
Demonstrate knowledge of bibliographic utilities and current cataloging standards
Exhibit experience with internet services and user authentication protocols, including IP authentication and single sign-on
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A master’s degree or Juris Doctor (J.D.), preferably
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience, preferably
A minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative experience
