Requirements
Legal Practice Hiring Experience: Experience hiring within a law practice and an understanding of partnership structures and how they influence hiring decisions and stakeholder management
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated people management experience, including mentoring and developing recruitment teams.
In-House or RPO Expertise: Previous experience working within an in-house or RPO environment is essential.
Professional Services Experience: Experience hiring within a law firm desirable
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
