Partner Operations & Communication – act as an operational point of contact for assigned partners, managing day-to-day requests, follow-ups, and coordination to ensure responsiveness and continuity
Commercial Implementation
execute onboarding actions, campaigns, placements, promotions, and launches according to agreed commercial terms and established playbooks
Internal Coordination
coordinate with Content, Product, SEO, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure initiatives are implemented accurately and on schedule
Performance Tracking & Reporting Support
maintain trackers and monitor performance indicators, surfacing anomalies or risks, and proposing next steps to the Director, Head, or relevant Lead in a timely manner
Commercial Documentation & CRM Hygiene
maintain accurate partner records, agreements, and updates in CRM and internal systems to support reliable reporting and continuity
Risk & Payment Follow-Up Support
support payment follow-ups, verify implementation accuracy, and escalate discrepancies promptly to protect payment timelines and reporting accuracy
Coverage Continuity
provide operational coverage across partner accounts when required to ensure uninterrupted partner support across the Commercial Partnerships team
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, account coordination, or online marketplace environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
Comfort working with spreadsheets and performance data
Interest in developing commercial partnership management skills
