Independently apply experienced HR, general change management, and organizational design knowledge to deliver solutions for complex business problems
Partner, engage, and coordinate the execution of HR programs including, but not limited to Merit, Talent Review, Performance Management, Employee Relations and other HR project activities
Provide performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Research, prepare for, and advise on matters pertaining performance improvement plans
Manage and resolve employee relations issues
Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, including proper documentation
Actively guide managers and employees through organizational development, change initiatives, and other projects
Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to effectively manage all aspects of the employment life cycle
Implement and support strategy and programs to improve employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
Manage mandatory training compliance
Facilitate communication between employees and/or among employees and management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working in the human resources field
5+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner
Working knowledge of compensation planning, organizational design, employee relations, employee development, performance management and general employment laws
Highly skilled in managing competing deadlines, influencing at all levels, exercising sound judgement and effectively managing conflict
Ability to develop, attract, and assess talent
