Lead commercial oversight across multiple projects or a major campus, ensuring alignment with budget, forecast, and financial targets
Establish and maintain robust cost control processes, including budgeting, commitments, expenditures, and forecasting
Oversee all contractual and commercial activities across project lifecycles, including procurement, contract administration, variations, and close-out
Evaluate contractual risks and obligations, ensuring compliant, commercially sound outcomes that protect the business and drive value
Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, tools, and reporting
Identify inefficiencies and implement practical enhancements in collaboration with project delivery, legal, and functional stakeholders to improve consistency and performance
Support and lead commercial activities across projects in specific market, applying strong knowledge of local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and standard forms of contract
Proactively identify, assess, and manage commercial risks across the portfolio
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and advisors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
8 years’ experience in commercial / cost management within construction or mission-critical sectors
Proven experience managing multiple projects or large-scale programs
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
Strong expertise in: Cost control & financial planning, Contract administration (e.g. FIDIC, NEC, local forms), Procurement and supply chain management
Experience in APAC markets preferred
