About this role
Role Overview
- Invoice verification from all the Service Provider within the Asia Pacific Region
- Organization and monitoring for all the Inbound shipment within the Asia Pacific Region which containing road, air, sea, CEP shipments
- Handle the shipments notifications for all the Inbound shipment from transport forwarders within Asia Pacific Region
- Tracking & tracing all the Inbound shipment within the Asia Pacific Region
- Ensure and input all the updated shipment details into the SAP system
- Complaint Management
- ensure the recording and processing of transport complaints in the Asia Pacific Region in the SAP system
- Coordination with interfaces – carrier, shipping agency, trucking provider, warehouse provider, finance etc.
- Monitoring the acquisition of all incidental costs
- Submission of documents on claim settlement at the insurance for all the Inbound shipments within Asia Pacific Region
- Responsibility for optimization and harmonization of logistics lead times for Asia Pacific Inbound shipment
- Support on defining of demands on the logistics network regarding capacities, response time and transit times
- Support on the projects and roll-outs in all stages
- Documentation of corrective actions and tracking of activities
- Contributing to continuous process optimization efforts
- Drive process and system migration in SAP including active involvement in system and process design, user acceptance testing and further development of related process and user manual
- Support the implementation of leading technologies, i.e. Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
- Handle the Project Cargo within the Asia Pacific Region and work together with the Project Team
- Support on the Ad-hoc task and reporting required
- Support on the User training and manual
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or comparable specialization
- Min. 3 years working experience in Logistics, SCM or in the range of transport complaint handling
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in logistics or supply chain are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of transport processes and transport administration required
- Good SAP knowledge (Modules SD & MM) and proficiency with MS-Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Experience in Databases (e.g. Access, SQL) would be welcomed
- Good fluency in English is required.
