Role Overview
- Own and govern the integrated onboarding and training delivery roadmap
- Serve as primary owner of onboarding and training operational dependencies
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding funnel management
- Translate headcount projections into training demand
- Own onboarding and training data strategy
- Deliver regular executive-level reporting on onboarding throughput
- Establish and maintain operational governance
- Lead stakeholder communication and alignment on onboarding plans
- Identify systemic gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure onboarding and training operations support audit and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
- 5 Years of strong background in business project management
- Stakeholder engagement and process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / BMS) or MBA
- Expertise in project management methodologies
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to analyze business challenges
- Develop strategic roadmaps and implement process improvements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
