Lead delivery of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives, including GitHub CI/CD migration and GenAI-enabled development tooling, ensuring quality and timeliness
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics from early planning through execution in evolving environments
Partner with business and engineering leaders to translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans
Build and coordinate global, cross-functional teams (US and Ireland) across Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Architecture
Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, including contingency and rollback strategies for critical migrations
Establish and execute governance, reporting, and KPI tracking, including delivery milestones, adoption metrics, and productivity outcomes
Ensure clear capture and execution of functional and non-functional requirements, with full traceability through testing and implementation
Drive quality, system stability, and minimal disruption, particularly during CI/CD migration and platform transitions
Lead change management and adoption efforts, including communication, training, and stakeholder alignment for new tools and processes
Foster strong cross-functional partnerships, influence stakeholders, and mentor others, while promoting best practices in project delivery, DevOps transformation, and emerging technologies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
6+ years of experience in project management, systems, or IT, with demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC methodologies, including experience operating within DevOps and CI/CD environments
Working knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts, particularly related to AI-assisted software development (hands-on experience preferred but not required)
Experience coordinating across globally distributed teams and managing concurrent, high-complexity workstreams
Proficiency with Rally and Clarity preferred, but not required
Effectively uses technical project management tools and standard business applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to operate in a dynamic, rapidly changing technical environment with high ambiguity and evolving priorities
Demonstrated ability to balance delivery rigor with innovation and change adoption, particularly in emerging technology initiatives
Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without authority
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively across all organizational levels, tailoring communication style to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to define and track meaningful success metrics, including delivery KPIs, system performance, and developer productivity outcomes
