Requirements
- A degree or equivalent experience (often in a STEM subject, but not essential)
- Excellent critical thinking and an investigative mindset.
- You communicate clearly and are comfortable working as part of a team.
- You can break down problems and think through possible solutions with a healthy level of scepticism and the ability to question assumptions.
- You show initiative
- asking questions, trying things out, and taking ownership as you learn.
