About this role
Role Overview
Providing comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations.
Supporting the execution of offers, pre-boarding and onboarding of hires.
Preparing interview packets, reviewing and troubleshooting period activity pay.
Providing technical support to Talent Consultants.
Assisting with coordinating interviews and recruiting events.
Responding to emails from both internal and external customers.
Engaging in other projects as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Requires 1 year of relevant human resources experience.
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
Efficiency and organization with the ability to prioritize work/tasks.
Experience with high volume HR-related processing.
Familiarity with Workday, Microsoft Excel and DocuSign are highly desired.
