Role Overview
- Support the department in strengthening internal and corporate communication across the international terminals network
- Draft and distribute communication content
- Coordinate with stakeholders worldwide
- Structure communication materials and presentations
- Support local communication initiatives
- Assist in organizing events within a multicultural, international environment
- Define a communication plan for CMATH
- Implement, support and enhance CMATH communication strategies
- Explore, propose and implement new communication tools and platforms
- Maintain regular internal communications about the CMATH portfolio
- Identify and coordinate with all terminals
- Strengthen terminals’ communication with external stakeholders
- Support terminals in drafting press releases and managing social media accounts
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (equivalent to Master 2) in Business, Communication, Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in a large international company is a plus
- International exposure or experience in multicultural environments is an advantage
- Interest in transport, logistics, maritime or industrial environments is desirable
- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
- Organized, proactive and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Interest in communications, business and international operations contexts
