Role Overview
- Optimize access to Genentech products by addressing reimbursement barriers
- Work with key decision makers and develop reimbursement strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure drug accessibility
- Serve as a liaison between Field and Home Office functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
- 8+ years cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences (pharma or biotechnology) or related industry
- Minimum 5+ years direct experience with managed care and reimbursement required
- Excellent knowledge of reimbursement and practice management environment
