Advise on the end-to-end management of environmental incidents, overseeing investigations to determine contamination and associated risks
Apply early career electrical engineering experience within a structured, supervised environment
Document evidence, record conditions, and gather technical data such as drawings, test results, and maintenance records
Assess failures and damage, supporting clear, evidence-based conclusions and producing concise technical reports for insurers, loss adjusters, and clients, subject to review
Maintain organized records, manage documentation, engage with stakeholders, and respond to technical queries while supporting the Lead Forensic Engineer and wider team delivery
Requirements
BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering
Solid understanding of electrical principles, installations, and distribution systems
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation
Uses structured methods to support analysis of electrical faults and incidents under supervision
Detail-focused and methodical; manages multiple tasks while maintaining accurate technical records
Takes responsibility for work, demonstrates strong work ethic, IT proficiency, and a commitment to ongoing learning
