Develop high-quality, client-specific solutions during the sales and proposal process.
Ensure those solutions are executable, scalable, and deliver measurable outcomes in the market.
Operate as a strategic leader, solution architect, and practice builder, influencing program design across geographies.
Define and standardize solution design methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members, strengthening internal consulting capabilities.

7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields.
Demonstrated success designing and delivering complex energy programs or solutions.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools).
Deep familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
