About this role
Role Overview
Process and input patient referrals into the practice management system
Generate and prepare X-ray request slips
Send patient information packs and required documents
Maintain accurate patient and referral records
Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks
Support the surgeons and clinic operations as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in administrative or healthcare support roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning and using practice management software (Xestro)
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
