About this role
Role Overview
Support the evolution of the EA Connected Teams model by identifying opportunities to improve processes, training, service delivery and stakeholder experience.
Partner with Manila and Australian stakeholders to support EA performance, including feedback conversations, coaching, development planning and escalation where required.
Coordinate onboarding for Partners receiving Manila EA support, as well as new joiner introductions and development activities.
Support recruitment activity, including participating in interviews and helping ensure the right capability is built within the Manila team.
Work with the Operations Manager and Manila leadership team to identify training needs, deliver process guidance, and support ongoing capability uplift.
Requirements
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted and professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels as well as experience with Connected Teams.
Experience managing multiple priorities and internal clients in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality outcomes.
A strong performance improvement mindset, with the ability to identify issues, solve problems and support effective operations.
Discretion, resilience and sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
A collaborative approach, with experience sharing knowledge, providing process or systems training, and living the PwC values and behaviours.
