Perform advanced configuration, integrations, data transformation, release support and L3-style troubleshooting across a large, multi-module Enablon environment (20,000+ users, multiple customizations and integrations).
Implement and maintain advanced Enablon configurations: rules engine, notifications, workflows, conditional fields, settings tables, sub-forms and other platform features.
Work from tickets escalated by L1/L2 after initial analysis; provide clear time estimates before starting Level 3 work.
Own Level 3 tickets through analysis, build/configure, unit testing, packaging and handoff for production deployment.
Contribute to and maintain SOPs, runbooks, SLAs and support playbooks to improve in-house support maturity.
Design, develop and maintain integrations between Enablon and central data lake / third-party systems; perform mapping, remapping and significant integration revisions.
Requirements
8+ years hands-on Enablon experience in implementations or post-production support, across multiple modules.
