Creative Strategist

Role Overview

• As a Creative Strategist, you are responsible for producing ad creatives on Meta and TikTok for our clients.
• You act as the primary point of contact for our clients, developing and optimizing ad creatives to improve their performance.
• You create and implement creative strategies for the advertising of leading Direct-to-Consumer brands on Meta, TikTok & YouTube.
• You develop copy and communication strategies and continuously refine them.
• You are responsible for designing and planning creative tests.
• You are responsible for copywriting for video and static ads.
• You communicate directly with your clients and take ownership of client relationships.
• You evaluate creative tests and account performance using relevant KPIs.
• You lead regular alignment and strategy calls with clients.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience with Facebook / Instagram / TikTok Ads.
• Prior experience in an agency environment, project management, and independently managing client accounts.
• Some experience leading small teams (minimum 2–3 people).
• Strong ability to create copy strategies, conduct research, and a solid audience-first mindset.
• You dive deep into target audiences analytically and strategically and know how to excite them about a product.
• You are a social media enthusiast, familiar with current trends and able to adapt them effectively.
• You assess your work based on data and are proficient with the Ads Managers of Meta and TikTok.
