Role Overview
- Trusted sparring partner for the founder, supporting strategic topics, decision-making and prioritization
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support business initiatives
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Own special projects from concept to execution and coordinate cross-functionally
- Contribute to operational excellence by optimizing processes and tracking KPIs
- Take a proactive approach: identify opportunities, ask the right questions, and strive for better outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset — hands-on, adaptable and curious
- Passion for startups and ideally an ambition to become a founder someday
- Pragmatic yet creative approach
- Strong interest in marketing and the ability to empathize with customers
- Passion for dogs and other pets
