Role Overview
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable platform services while contributing significantly to infrastructure design
- Participate in shaping architectural decisions and support engineering teams in achieving predictable, value‑led delivery
- Contribute to accurate estimation and planning
- Promote agile ways of working and challenge behaviours that hinder flow and predictability
- Write high‑quality, maintainable infrastructure-as-code and platform tooling
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in modern software delivery methods
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture
- Experience with Terraform, Crossplane, and Helm
- Familiarity with EKS, GitOps, and self-service patterns
- Excellent communication skills
- Growth mindset and a sense of ownership
