About this role
Role Overview
create a modern, high-performance sales culture built on innovation, discipline, and value-based selling
drive adoption of advanced commercial practices
lead and govern all GT10 deals from qualification through signature
provide executive oversight for $100M–$500M+ multi-tower deals
coach and develop deal executives and deal coaches
build strong relationships with hyperscalers, alliance partners, and 3rd-party advisors
strengthen Kyndryl’s visibility with analysts and industry events
Requirements
high level of industry-specific solution expertise and sales techniques
experience in conceptualising and executing bid activities and deals
10 years of experience in leading customer negotiations
experience closing complex $100M–$500M transactions
executive‑level negotiation skills
deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud, applications, and consulting
proven ability to lead global commercial teams
strong financial and contractual acumen
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree (preferred)
