Design, build, and support complex Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) used for operational and program management workflows
Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows including multi-step approvals, routing logic, notifications, and exception handling
Build and manage Power Pages portals to support external-facing or cross-agency data collection, form submission, and program visibility
Ensure workflows and portals operate correctly in high-sensitivity client environments, where errors pose delivery and compliance risk
Design clean, intuitive UI/UX that enables adoption by non-technical federal users across both internal apps and external portals
Build applications that centralize program data, support historical records, and enable operational visibility
Apply role-based access controls (RBAC), table permissions, and security best practices in federal client environments
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and account teams to refine requirements and iterate solutions
Support deployment, user onboarding, and iterative enhancements
Requirements
Minimum of TWELVE (12) years of professional experience
Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience within the Power Platform
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding
US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
Master's Degree is required OR EIGHTEEN (18) years of professional experience with a Bachelor's may be substituted in lieu of Master's Degree
Hands-on experience building Canvas and/or Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages portals end-to-end
Proficiency in PowerFX, JSON, TypeScript, Liquid, and Dataverse data modeling and security roles
Proven experience designing mission-critical workflows including multi-step approvals, routing logic, error handling, and lifecycle tracking
Demonstrated ability to build polished, production-ready UI/UX for non-technical federal users across apps and portals
Experience modernizing manual, document-driven, or email-based processes in regulated or structured environments
Experience collaborating directly with stakeholders including requirements gathering, demos, wireframes, and iterative delivery.
