Vice President of Product Management

Role Overview

• Define go-to-market strategies for NexGen Virtual Workplace
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
• Lead UX/UI strategy, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Manage product development using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Analyze customer engagement, conversion rates, and usability metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, UX/UI design, and project management (SaaS experience preferred)
• Expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies, including writing Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience launching SaaS products and conducting market research & positioning.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy, user needs, and technical development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
