Role Overview
- Provide support in project analysis, workflow management, and process improvement
- Develop and prepare briefing charts and presentations
- Manage suspense tasks and deadlines
- Oversee records management processes
- Assist with security inspections
- Coordinate and track travel and training schedules for AFSC personnel
- Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings
- Handle tasking and coordination across teams
- Conduct research, analyze data, identify potential risks
- Consolidate findings and responses for senior-level review
- Manage the AFMC Task Management Tool (TMT) system
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience required
- BA/BS required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Knowledge of DAFH 33-337 Tongue and Quill and AFMAN 33-326 guidelines
- Experience in technical documentation and preparing reports
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in data management and SharePoint/Teams site management
- Experience supporting security inspections and maintaining compliance
- Ability to conduct research and analysis
