Partner with the BPO and functions to design end‑to‑end collection processes aligned with business strategy.
Assess current‑state (“as‑is”) processes and document future‑state (“to‑be”) designs.
Facilitate workshops, drive decisions through governance forums and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Support readiness for delivery, including change impact assessment, process documentation and training inputs.
Manage transition phases, including interim operating models, ensuring business continuity and sustainable go‑live.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a champion of the process vision.
Requirements
Experience in complex, global organizations; Consumer Health or FMCG environment preferred.
Strong analytical and process improvement skills, including experience with process modelling tools and data analysis.
Understanding of automation and digital process enablement.
Proven project and change management experience.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix, change‑driven environment.
Fluency in English.
