About this role
Role Overview
- Manage projects related to Deployments services for NCR in Australia.
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure deliverables fall within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
- Prepare detailed project plans with key metrics, milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Manage delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Track projects with available tools and provide regular project status reports.
- Manage changes in project scope, cost and/or schedule.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring project satisfaction.
- Manage third-party vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years working experience.
- Experience in Banking Industry preferred
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- PMP / PRINCE II / ITIL certification is a plus
