Role Overview
- Collaborate with development teams and identify, resolve defects
- Maintain automation frameworks for efficient testing cycles
- Ensure reliability, functionality, and performance of software products
- Participate in solution design and architecture for Cloud-native software
- Support development and maintenance of complex software systems
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
Requirements
- Strong Java 21+ / Go development experience
- Experience with Spring, Spring boot 3.0+, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Docker
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud-native deployments (preferably AWS)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and message handling (Kafka)
- Experience in XML parsing, transformation, and validation logic
- Technical debt management and writing clean code
- Automation testing experience with tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Postman
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture
- Proven experience in banking IT solutions is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
