Proven experience delivering real, measurable outcomes in a delivery role (not just facilitating agile processes)
A pragmatic approach to delivery
you understand agile frameworks but don’t rely on them rigidly
Experience working in complex or scaled environments, with multiple teams and dependencies
Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements
Strong problem-solving mindset
comfortable tackling ambiguity and systemic challenges
Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes, with the energy to drive change in complex environments
Ambition to grow and take on broader delivery challenges, including operating at greater scale and influence
Curiosity about how AI is shaping delivery and product development, and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working
Agile certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master) desirable.
Experience working in data or platform engineering environments (desirable)
