About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate activities related to customer training performed by the Customer Education and Application Engineering Departments as well as outside contractors to deliver timely, accurate software training and support.
Facilitate the planning and scheduling of classes both at ZEISS facilities and at customer sites to meet market demands.
Coordinate resources, both internal and external to meet training demands.
Maintain training records to provide supporting documentation for revenue recognition activities.
Facilitate the processing of financial documents for customers and vendors related to training and other department activities.
Provide assistance in reviewing training material received from Germany.
Provide assistance to the Sales departments for quoting of training and support activities.
Requirements
A two-year degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent work related experience will be considered.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Must have strong background in customer service.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting technical metrics to small or large audiences.
