About this role

Primary liaison between line of business (LOBs), operational support and information technology
Helps to identify business line needs and requirements
Coordinates development and support for new and existing processes
Responsible for developing knowledge base of the business line
Ensures system enhancements meet user requirements and are timely
Acts as project leader role for projects
Works with users in defining requirements for new systems
Identifies system enhancements and develops solutions

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum four (4) years’ work experience in banking, financial services or related experience
Minimum two (2) years of project management experience
Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP preferred
Proven leadership experience in areas of operations, manufacturing or quality
Broad understanding of business systems and industry requirements
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to multi-task and be flexible
Proficient in Windows based software programs
