Role Overview
- Serve as a key advisor to leaders at all levels

- Partner with HR leadership to develop pro-business solutions
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases
- Conduct thorough investigations while maintaining confidentiality
- Review termination recommendations and guide leaders
Requirements
- Expert guidance on performance management
- Experience with workplace conduct and conflict resolution
- Ability to conduct investigations of policy violations
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to design effective performance improvement plans
- Previous experience in HR leadership roles is preferred
