Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Systems Engineering/Architect position on Maritime’s programs
Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD SECRET Clearance which requires US Citizenship
Experience with all aspects of Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) and product development best practices and their applications given program needs.
Experience in identifying and driving continuous improvement activities within the system engineering domain and applications given program needs.
Experience leading teams for 5+ years of 5+ engineers, managing their efforts including budget and scheduling of activities
Experience in managing technical programs and facilitating team activities.
Experience in integrated product teams.
Experience in creating and successfully executing against the SE BoEs.
