About this role

Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions
Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations
Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent interruptions in customers' business
Deliver integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application software
Train other field engineers and customers

Bachelor's degree within the science field (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology) or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving Agilent Atomic Spectroscopy and Molecular Spectroscopy products preferred
Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely
Active, valid driver's license
