Manage the month-end close process for assigned business, ensuring timely, accurate and complete financial reporting
Drive monthly forecasting activities, partnering with Operations to assess risks, opportunities and cost outlook
Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned business, including consolidation of assumptions, analysis of cost trajectory to align with business strategies and presentation of key financial drivers & recommendations
Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly financial results against forecast, budget and prior periods, providing clear explanations and actionable insights
Conduct cost driver analysis for the growth portfolio, identify trends, risks and opportunities across manufacturing chain
Partner closely with Operations to drive cost savings, productivity improvements and optimization initiatives
Perform financial modelling and projections for new product introductions including cost assumptions, sensitivity analysis and profitability assessment
Prepare management reports, financial presentations and insights for senior leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Manufacturing or Operations Finance
Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain or operations environments preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point required
