Role Overview
- Lead and execute Interface Management activities
- Establish and maintain project interface management framework
- Act as primary contact for interface matters
- Operate and administer project’s Interface Management systems
- Ensure interface information is issued, received, and closed
- Identify interface-related risks and report to Project Management
- Chair and participate in internal and external interface meetings
- Support and guide project participants in the use of Interface Management tools
- Capture and share lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Control, Systems) or Business Administration
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience depending on level of education
- Proven experience in Systems Engineering or Project Engineering
- Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary engineering environments
- Experience working with interface management systems
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and meeting-management capabilities
- High awareness of cost, schedule, and change management impacts
- Ability to train, guide, and mentor project team members
- Culturally aware and comfortable working in international project environments
