Build and execute multichannel marketing campaigns using Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools, including emails, nurture programs, landing pages, and campaign workflows.
Manage audience segmentation, data uploads, and database hygiene to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
Support the promotion and execution of digital and in-person events through coordinated multichannel marketing activities.
Plan and coordinate both Everbridge-hosted and third-party events attended by our Sales teams across EMEA.
Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
Troubleshoot campaign, workflow, and data-related issues to ensure smooth execution and reporting.
Continuously develop your knowledge of MarTech, Salesforce, Marketo, and AI tools to help modernize and optimize demand generation programs.
Collaborate closely with international marketing teams, sales stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign delivery.
Requirements
Approximately 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
Desirable: Hands-on experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce, including an understanding of campaign and data workflows.
Exposure to AI, MarTech, analytics, or reporting tools, alongside a curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
A proactive mindset with an interest in growing into more advanced demand generation or marketing operations roles.
Experience working within remote or international teams is beneficial, but not essential.
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or a related field preferred.
