Senior Quality Assurance Professional

Role Overview

• Serves as a Quality Assurance (QA) subject matter expert for the Customer Experience (CX) organization
• Performs quality evaluations across all channels
• Analyzes evidence to assess quality and improve performance
• Provides hands-on support for DDIs, GTGs, and projects
• Serves as peer coach, mentor, and provides work guidance
• Collects and analyzes quality and defect metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years Quality Assurance subject matter experiences
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep healthcare operations expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on change management planning and execution experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Skilled at working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and software applications
