Role Overview
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for Project ABC
- Support the Senior Specialist in extracting errors identified in the SCD UAT environment
- Prepare comprehensive error reports
- Collaborate with business units to report errors and identify key drivers
- Monitor and clear the SimCorp Dimension (SCD) UAT message queue
- Generate Item of Interest (IOI) ad hoc security requests
- Investigate Transaction Hub (THUB) unknown queries
- Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root cause of production problems
- Execute user acceptance test (UAT) for implementation of new security types
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience
- Experience working directly with business clients
- Previous experience in investment operations in insurance or financial services
- Ability to work independently as well as with others
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Comfortable influencing without authority
