Implement process improvements and audit data integrity
Schedule and process Payroll Runs
Submit bank file and reconcile net pay
Prepare off cycle pay runs and manage chronic claims
Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and act as a primary contact for employee questions regarding pay

Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification from the National Payroll Institute
Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAP, Success Factors)
Google sheets and MS Office, particularly Excel
High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude
Commitment to confidentiality
Advanced knowledge of English is required
