Lead & Grow a High-Performing Architecture Team (People Leadership)
Provide Technology Leadership / Guidance / Oversight across critical programs and platforms, setting architecture direction, reviewing solutions, and ensuring adherence to standards and guardrails.
Build and maintain strong Relationship Management with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners; translate strategy into actionable architecture roadmaps.
Navigate and resolve Conflict across priorities, constraints, and viewpoints; facilitate outcomes that balance time-to-market, quality, cost, and risk.
Own Performance Monitoring of your architecture team—set expectations, define measurable outcomes, conduct regular coaching and performance reviews, and recognize achievements (Recognitions).
Drive Career Development through mentoring, skills planning, certification pathways, and succession planning.
Champion Process Improvement to streamline architecture engagements, standards, and governance; reduce friction while improving consistency.
Produce Value Reporting (roadmaps, KPIs, OKRs, cost/benefit narratives) that clearly communicate how architecture accelerates delivery and reduces risk.
Be a Hands-On Architecture Practitioner & Coach Foster Technology Partnership with engineering, security, operations, and business teams to shape solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Demonstrate Deep Technology Expertise in several modern architecture technologies and coach architects on depth vs. breadth.
Accelerate Technology Innovation / PoC efforts to de-risk decisions and validate solution approaches; cultivate a culture of experimentation with guardrails.
Own Software Design / Conceptual Architecture deliverables—reference architectures, solution diagrams, sequence flows, NFRs, and decision records.
Support Work Decomposition / Project Management by shaping epics and features, clarifying dependencies, and aligning architecture runway with delivery plans.

Demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-team solutions in hybrid cloud or cloud-native environments.
Strong communication and storytelling—able to simplify complexity, influence decisions, and align diverse stakeholders.
Hands-on proficiency with architecture practices: conceptual & logical design, non-functional requirements, security by design, integration patterns (APIs, events), resiliency, and observability.
Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare payer/provider domain familiarity (claims, eligibility, care management, member/provider data). Certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) and/or SAFe /Agile experience. Proven experience in data solution architecture (platforms, modeling, governance, analytics) or equivalent expertise mentoring data architects.
