Own end‑to‑end configuration activities across modules in line with the approved Design Brief and SOW, acting as the single point of accountability for configuration quality and completeness.
Translate solution designs into system configuration including hierarchies, roles, security, workflows, forms, taxonomies, and rules.
Apply configuration standards consistently to reduce rework, support risk, and downstream support dependence.
Identify configuration‑related risks early (e.g. overly complex rules, reporting limitations, permission conflicts) and escalate with recommended options.
Validate configuration outcomes through structured testing and customer walkthroughs.
Prepare the system for integrations by ensuring configuration supports APIs, data flows, and automation requirements.
Understand integration dependencies, constraints, and handoff points to Technical Consultants.
Perform initial configuration validation related to identity, roles, data mapping, and lifecycle rules.
Work closely with Solution Consultants to clarify design intent and ensure no divergence during build.
Partner with Technical Consultants to ensure configuration will not block or compromise integration outcomes.
