Leading strategic communications for complex provider negotiations, network-related issues, and other high-profile, sensitive business developments
Serving as a trusted advisor to network contracting, sales, business, and communications leaders
Providing sound counsel in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with business and negotiation objectives
Planning, coordinating, and managing complex communications workstreams from strategy through delivery
Providing structure and oversight across multiple teams, ensuring priorities and sequencing are clearly defined
Influencing alignment across Network, Legal, Govt Affairs, Public Affairs on direction and risk posture
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least 7 plus years’ experience with a strong background in issues management, external communications, and/or crisis communications
Proactive self-starter who demonstrates proven ability to operate as a senior advisor, influencing decisions and guiding cross-organizational teams through ambiguity
Exceptional writing and messaging skills for internal and external audiences across multiple communication channels/vehicles
Sound judgment and confidence operating in high‑visibility, high‑pressure situations
Excellent organizational skills and experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to tie results to strategic business objectives
Previous experience network, provider, or hospital communications or related field a plus.
