Part-Time Accounts Payable Analyst

Role Overview

• Validate, code, process, and enter invoices to proper budgets in a timely manner
• Compare vendor invoices for Inventory purchases to validate invoice payment
• Process validated invoices for payment through various methods
• Work with Supply Chain to correct discrepancies
• Maintain documentation of all invoices submitted for payment
• Process intercompany payments and handle vendor inquiries

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• 5+ years AP/AR experience
• Proficiency in Accounting Software packages
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Word preferred
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials a plus
• Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills necessary
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment required
