About this role
Role Overview
Help drive the development and delivery of key initiatives that boost department’s efficiency and overall performance
Work closely with a wide range of teams and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for smarter ways of working
Introduce innovative solutions and help mature our operating model and culture
Lead departmental communication and reporting, champion continuous improvement across technology processes
Support effective workforce planning to meet regulatory commitments
Requirements
Experience in directly leading Continuous Improvement programmes in a corporate environment
Experience of working at a senior level as part of a Leadership Team
Proven track record of effectively influencing and interacting with senior management
Working collaboratively across teams and with business partners
Strong knowledge of end-to-end business change processes, from vision to deployment, business adoption and support
Working knowledge of leading highly engaged and successful teams
Skills, character, positivity, and a caring attitude matter too.
